You've heard from Roy about this year's intranets conference on the 19th of
August - only one day this year, and then followed on the 20th by a new
offering "Online customer experience" for those of you who like me do
intranet and other online work.

The two workshops associated with these two events are being run by people I
know:

   - James Robertson of www.steptwo.com.au who provides one of the best
   online resources for intranet teams, via his website.
   - Alan Cox of www.leftclick.com who has a team that take user centered
   design into the business end of an organisation, improved goal / task
   achievement by visitors to the organistations website.


What else

I'm chairing both conferences, and I'm looking forward to being in
Wellington again, especially now that the job I'm doing is part of the
public sector :-)

collaboration specialist, is having his only public masterclass on
SharePoint collaboration and governance

I've seen Michael's one hour talk on this topic just recently and he has
some great strategies around the difficult parts of SharePoint - user
adoption and organisational buy in.
